Been Masochist..!
The very truth of our life is throughout our life we want the things to get happen in the way we desire. Each day we expect certain things from ourselves, our friends and from our life. It becomes painful when these expectations doesn’t get fulfilled. Its been more than one and half month at Infosys, Mysore, and Life seems to be a bit monotonous. There is a fixed schedule of everything. Today it’s my sixth weekend which I wasted doing nothing other than studying. Now I find myself to be incapable of differentiating between these two vague terms “Weekends
” and “Weekdays”. I planned few things before this weekend and these few things are being overridden by studies constructor of my life.
Being a part of a Multi Billion company superficially seems very pleasant and perhaps I’m not feeling gloomy because of workload or I hate studying. I’m feeling gloomy because now I can’t do the things according to my desire. I’v to change the priorties of my life and that too because of someone else.I’m feeling gloomy because everyday I recalled my college days and realized that those days days have passed away and never gone to happen again. I missed my college friends and later found that I don’t have time even to pick their phone calls. Friends have always been my top priority whether its been my school days or college Days, but now things got changed, in corporate life they becomeeven more difficult. I’m feeling gloomy because since the day I’v reached here, our multiplex has screened 12 movies and I’v missed 11 out of them, not because I don’t wanted to watch them. Infact, those who know me, know it well that I’m a big movie freak. I missed the pre lunch classes on Friday throughout 4 years. I’m feeling gloomy because since past 10 days I wanted to read “Half a Life” by Naipul but I’v to read my slides in place of it. I’m feeling gloomy because on the first day after reaching Mysore I purchased TT Rackets but never got time to use them.
I’m in company at a place where there are more than 40000 like me, I’m no cynosure and hold no unique identity. I’v been given a mailbox from which I can shoot mails only to those whom I see daily. I’v been provided an internet connection who loves to load “Access Denied “ page. I’m a desperate MBA aspirant, but now I can’t even dreamt of preparing for MBA.
Since the day start, so start my running. I don’t know where I have to run and why I have to run, what I know is only to run, the fear of not loosing in the race makes me to run. I find myself to be a part of big crowd where each one is more or less same. But the irony lies in the fact how many of them feels in the same way. I don’t know whether I’m expecting too much from my life or I’m just masochist. I don’t know.
For Indian’s who think nothing can happen of this nation.
Few hours back, I was roaming with one of my friend in market we both were standing on a cold drink shop, we noticed two college guys were going on their bike, when a police man standing on the side of road signalled them to stop, the guys stopped the one sitting back move down from bike, the police man asked them to show the papers of their bike. The guys told him that they don’t have it. The police man asked the constable standing behind him to took the key of bike and asked the guys to bring the paper of bike. The guys asked the police man to let them leave as they have their
examination, the policeman refused to do so. The guys gave him a 50Rs note the police man started shouting on the guys the one sitting on bike took out 100 Rs note and pushed it in the hand of policeman the police man told him that i forgiving you this time but shall not leave you next time. Till that time we have finished our colddrink, I asked the shopkeeper if it happens regularly here or we are one of the few lucky ones to watch it.. The Shopekepper told me Ye to yahan ka roj ka scene hai, Kuch nahi ho sakta is desh ka.. The last part of his sentence hurts me..
Since the day i was born i’m hearing this sentence Kuch nahi ho sakta is desh ka, There is flaw in everything here.. But the thing that amuses me is the fact what actually our nation is..? Is Nation something physical, no not at all.. We are nation, In fact when we are saying these words that kuch nahi ho sakta is desh ka then we are not saying this for our country we are saying it for ourselves, because we comprises our nation. Kuch nahi ho sakta is desh ka because we don’t want to take pain to do something for it. We curse the poor water supply, but its we who are responsible for poor sewages.. We curse the electricity problem but 22% population is still using unauthorized connection of power.. and the worst come when we curse the bloody politician forgetting that we are the one who chooses them.. It seems to have great pain in taking out 2 hours of one life for casting vote then to curse them for next 5 years, In india 65% of the middle class do not vote which comprises 40% of Indian population, 65% of illiterates and 75% of slumdwellers vote.. If such is the vote statics then how can we expect from government.. We don’t go for vote because we think one single vote doesn’t make a difference but we don’t know that in 1923 it was the single vote who make Hitler the leader of Nazi Party, In 1960 it was one vote change in each precinct that have defeated John Kennedy, In 1875 it was one vote that ended the bloody custom of monarchy in France. But we don’t know facts and figures what we know only is to curse.. To curse this nation, its politician, its education system and its everything.
We are the same one who created Pentium chips, we are the creator of free email system, we are the only country other than US, Japan to have built a super computer Indigenously. We have the sharpest mind in the world but still we dream of being a developed nation by tomorrow, not today. If really we want to change something about this nation, first we have to change ourselves, to change our thinking that a single person can’t make a difference we belong to a nation where persons like shivaji exist who alone became an iron nut for the mighty mughals. In fact when ever a difference is being created in history it is been created by a single human being, because mob always consists of foolish. So stop thinking that what our country have done for us, think what we can do for our country.
Is God Dead..?
Sometimes questions seems to be easy but their answer proves that they are not along with many one such is, Is God Dead ? Looking at basic facts and figures we get to know there are still more than 10 million people only in india who are unemployed, there were more than 100,000 people died in war between USA and Iraq that was fought for no genuine reason, there are still 800 million people who suffered from hunger and malnutrition, there was a 14 years old little gal (Aarushi Talwar) that had been murdered heartlessly and the worst thing is no one know how she died..? If we look at all these facts the questions that once we wrote complicated seems to be easy, but if its the right answer..? To answer the question exactly, we need to know what God is..?
When we were born we were blank, we interrupt the God in the way we were being told and taught about him, that too depends upon many ways including the environment and its people. When we were child we fear of stealing things in alone because we had been told that God is Omnipresent and that he is seeing us and should punish us later on. Do it really man that God is someone having physical existence ? If not than what God is..? In this era of Internet when we try to google this word God then there comes out a complicated definition of God i.e. God is the English name given to a singular omnipotent being in theistic and deistic religions who is either the sole deity in monotheism, or a principal deity in polytheism. This is all nothing just a play on few complicated words, Its well said when you can’t convince them just confuse them.
According to me, God is basically a feeling that resides in us, that escape us from doing wrong. God is basically a fear that angst us from taking a wrong way. God is not Dead and can never be. God resides in us doesn’t imply that we are God. Man is the most undisciplined creature that ever exist on earth, to let this undisciplined creature work in a disciplined way there exist God. We all born alike but we all die in different way, the reason is we choose different way to live our life, there is always a balance between the wrong and right things we do in our life and when this balance shifts in a particular direction we get respective results, and sometimes when we reach extremes of this we create history in case of right we have example of Buddha, Ram they physically existed on this earth, and in the case of wrong we have example of Genghis Khan, Hitler who love to hurt people. God is there to guide us, its solely our responsibility if we follow that guidance or not. Genghis Khan and Hitler are the ones who dejectly rejected that guidance but later we came to know that they meet its result one died by commiting suicide and another by deadly disease.
Coming to above mentioned context that there are 10 million people only in india that are unemployed, I can only say if one is unemployed he is because he deserves it. Nothing wrong can even happen to a right person neither on earth nor in heaven, if you have desire, dedication than no one can take from you what u deserve. No one has everything but everyone has something, make use of that something and you shall never be unemployed. There may be some delay and complication but that is just to check your desire and dedication and later or sooner all is well that ends well. God has created us but its our responsibility to make our existence fruitful. A parent can only give birth to child he cannot decide the way the child is going to live and due to this there is sometimes big difference between the children of same parents and when one child got spoilt we can’t blame the parents. If we are right then nothing wrong can happen to us, God understand our prayers even when we have no words to tell him. God is our parent he has created us and if we are doing something wrong than its not his fault.
If i have ever been asked on which thing I have the most trust, then my answer is God. I’m the one who has firm believe in God, I believe in him because i feel him, I hear his voice when i do something wrong and that voice prevent me form doing anything wrong. I shall try my best to make my life purposeful.
